Furthermore, we offer restaurants and accommodations where you can enjoy meals and stays with your pet. This is recommended for those who feel sorry for leaving their pets at home or who had given up on traveling.

Three ways to enjoy time with your pet
Areas where companions are allowed
Pets are permitted in all outdoor areas of the Theme Park Zone and Harbor Zone (with some exceptions), as well as in Front Garden and main garden of Palace Huis Ten Huis Ten Bosch.
*Please note that you will not be allowed to accompany anyone to the building itself during special events.
Attractions
Japan's first three-story merry-go-round, "Sky Carousel," is apet-friendly attraction.
*Only the carriage (1 unit) and gondola (2 units) on the 1st floor are available for use with horses held in your arms while on a leash.
Shop
You can shop for BEST 3 and Sea Breeze together.
Pets are only allowed inside the store if they are in a pet cart or carrier bag and their faces are completely covered within the cart.
DOGBOX offers pet food and rental pet strollers.
Photo shooting service
Photogenic Photo Studio offers a photo service that includes pets.
We will give you a photo card (L-size) containing the photo taken during the shoot.

*Photography is permitted even if only the pet is photographed.
*The event will be canceled in case of rain or severe weather.
Restaurants and cafes where you can dine together
You can enjoy your meal together on the terrace while overlooking European style landscape.
*Pets are only allowed on the terrace.
*Please note that the terrace seating may not be available in case of rain or severe weather. In case of sudden rain, you can use the free space next to Tower City / Tottotto.
*When placing your order, please have someone accompanying you wait with your pet on the terrace or use the leash hook.
Pet food
The popular restaurant "El Maso," which offers authentic Mediterranean cuisine, will begin serving pet food starting September 1st (Tuesday).

Pets are welcome to accompany their owners when they use the restroom in the following locations.

〇 Multipurpose restroom on the 1st floor Amsterdam City Citystadhaus
〇 Multipurpose restroom inside Art Garden
〇 Multipurpose restroom in front of Harbor Town bus stop
*Not for use as a pet toilet.
*Please ensure your dog's face is not sticking out of the dog cart or carrier.
*When using toilets other than those listed above, Please leave your pet with your companion or use the lead hook.

Visitor Guide
~For your safety and enjoyment~
〇 Only dogs and cats that have been vaccinated against rabies or combination vaccines are allowed to enter.
〇 Please note that except for some parts of the park, Attractions, Shop, restaurants, hotels, buses, bicycles, boats, etc. are not permitted for use or entry.
〇Please prepare water for marking and a bag for disposing of feces. guests dispose of the feces yourself and be sure to take it home.
If marked, rinse with water.
*If you forget it, we will To loan it at the information desk.
※ If you forget to handle the matter or observe any violations of etiquette, you may be refused entry next time.
〇 Please use the telescopic lead up to 2m long.
〇 Only one fish per lead hook may be used per facility within the park.

■ About admission
STEP 1
At the Welcome Gate or Harbor Gate, fill out the "Pet-Friendly Admission Agreement".
Please submit this at the ticket counter.
STEP 2
After we confirm that you have water for marking and waste disposal bags,please receive your pet's admission passport.
STEP 3
Please present your ticket at each gate to enter.
■ About Exit
Please return from the Welcome Gate.
From 1 time before closing time, please exit through the 'Pet-Only Exit' next to Departure & General Shop Schiphol. (Please note that you cannot exit through the store.) ）
■Regarding entry and exit to the Harbor Zone only
You can enter and exit through the West Gate or Harbor Parking.
If you are coming by car, please use the Harbor Parking Lot (charges apply).
■For those with Annual Pass
Annual Pass holders can apply for a "pet passport," which allows for smooth entry without having to fill out a consent form each time they visit.
After logging into your My Page, please apply via "Apply for a Pet Passport".
*This is a digital Annual Pass. If you prefer a physical card, an additional issuance fee of 500 yen will be charged.
