  • Fireworks special viewing seats are web tickets (reserved seat tickets), so there is no need to issue the tickets at a convenience store. Please present the web ticket screen to the staff when entering the venue.
  • All seats are reserved seats. Seats will be automatically allocated in the order of purchase, so you cannot choose your seat.
  • The Fee applies for 4 years of age and older.   Except a lap child, seat reservation will be required for children under 4 years or age as well. 
  • Please note that you cannot cancel or change after purchase.
  • Online purchases are available until 20:20 on the day of the event. However, please note that VIP seats are available up to 12:00 the day before the event.
  • Seat confirmation will be available from 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26th for the October and November events.
  • In addition to the viewing seat E-ticket, either Park Admission Ticket or Harbor Zone Entrance Ticket (JPY2,000) need to be purchased for the area entry. 
  • Due to production reasons, the lights will be turned off just before the show time, so please arrive at the venue by 8:15 pm.
  • This ticket can only be purchased by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Rakuten Card).
  • Pets are not allowed to enter.
  • Umbrellas are not permitted.

I would like to purchase special seats for the fireworks on the web. Can you tell me the payment method?
This ticket can only be purchased by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Rakuten Card). If you receive a payment error when purchasing, please see here.
*Diners Club cards cannot be used.
I purchased a special seat for the fireworks through the online ticket. How can I get the ticket?
Please check the email sent to you when your ticket purchase was completed. Click on the "Go to WEB ticket" link to display your WEB ticket.
I purchased a ticket, but I haven't received the email I received when I purchased it. Is there any other way to issue a web ticket other than through the email?
In addition to the email sent when your purchase is complete, you can check your purchase history from the link below. Please enter the phone number and reception number (12 digits starting with HT) registered at the time of purchase to check your purchase history. Click the "Pick up" link to display your web ticket.

I booked an accommodation plan with fireworks bleachers. Is it possible for co-sleeping children to view the fireworks at the bleachers?
Co-sleeping children over 4 years old will be required additional payment of JPY1,000 per child to reserve the seats.  Please let us know when making your reservation. (Children under 3 years old are asked to be on the laps.)

Can I view the Fireworks at bleachers when it rains?
The event will take place rain or shine unless hit by strong winds like typhoon or heavy rain.
When it rains, can I use an umbrella or other rain gear?
Please refrain from using an umbrella inside the  venue as it will block the view behind you. Please bring raincoats and other rain gear.
Can I take my pet to the venue?
Pets are not allowed to enter the fireworks viewing venue. There is a pet hotel "DOG BOX" near the park entrance. Please feel free to contact there. (Paid service, the number of animals that can be kept is limited.) DOG BOX Huis Ten Bosch store TEL: 0956-27-0287

Is it possible to eat and drink at the fireworks venue? Do you sell them at the venue?
There is no food or drink sold at the venue. Food and drinks can only be brought in if purchased them in the park.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Do you have a dedicated seat?
There are no dedicated seats, but you can enter while using a wheelchair. Please feel free to ask the staff on the day.
Is it possible to take a stroller to the venue?
You can bring it in. Please feel free to ask the staff on the day.
Is it possible to re-enter the venue?
Re-entry is possible. Please present your fireworks special seating ticket (online ticket) to the staff when re-enter.
*Please be advised that the guests who booked hotel plans will be provided with paper tickets.
Is it possible to distribute tickets?
It is possible. Please share the ticket URL provided in the purchase confirmation email with everyone.
I would like to reserve an accommodation plan that includes fireworks viewing seats, but can I choose the type of seats?
You cannot choose the type of seats. The only fireworks viewing seats included in the accommodation plan are Seat A. In case you prefer other seat type, please book hotel and fireworks viewing seat separately. 
Is there a first aid room or nursing room in the venue?
There is no first aid room or nursing room in the venue.  Please use the nursing room near the venue.

Are there washrooms in the venue?
There are washrooms inside and outside the venue.
I-14 Castelo de Seafood and Porcelain side, I-8 Hananoya side, etc.
Is there a smoking spot in the venue?
The smorking spot is not available inside the fireworks venue. Please use the smoking spot next to the Castelo de Seafood and Porcelain when needed.
I would like to take pictures using a tripod. Is it possible to take it in the venue?
You can bring it in. Please use it at a height that does not block the passage or view of other guests.
Can I post the photos and videos I took on SNS and blogs?
If you want to use them for commercial purposes, you need permission from Huis Ten Bosch.
I booked Hotel Plan with fireworks viewing tickets. When do I receive the tickets ? 
You will recieve the tickets with seating number upon cheking-in. 
Are there any rooms in Official Hotels where I can view the fireworks from the room window ?

Some rooms have a view of the fireworks. (There are some effects that you can not see from the window, such as set fireworks.) Also, you cannot hear the music. For details, please contact the General Reservation Center (0570-064-300).
