Tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket office up until the deadline for admission on the day of the event.
- Do I need to exchange the Exciting Early Bird Passport after purchasing it online? Or can I just enter with the QR code?

If you have a QR code type ticket, you can enter the venue as is. If you have an electronic ticket, please exchange it at the ticket counter. For QR code types issued by some travel agencies, you may need to exchange it at the ticket counter. Please check the exchange method written on the ticket.
- I would like to ask a family member to purchase the online ticket on my behalf. Can I still use the online ticket if I transfer it to them?

- I will be staying at one of the three official hotels (Hotel Europe / Hotel Amsterdam / Forest Villa). If I enter with the Waku-Waku Early Bird Passport, can I still get the Privilege 1 DAY Passport for the next day?

Yes. The Waku-Waku Early Bird Passport is also Privilege applicable to 1 DAY Passport for the next day. Please pick it up at the front desk of your hotel.
