- What if my companion lives outside of Kyushu?

The Exciting Special Price Passport can only be purchased by those who live in applicable region. If you live outside of the region, please purchase a regular 1 DAY Passport.
- I live in an applicable to area, but I haven't moved my residence registration. Am I still not applicable to?

If you have a QR code type ticket, you can enter the the park as is. If you have an electronic ticket, please exchange it at the ticket counter. For QR code types issued by travel agencies, you may need to exchange it at the ticket counter. Please check the instructions written on the ticket.
- Can I use an online ticket that was purchased on my behalf by a family member and then forwarded to me?

Proxy purchase is possible if the person making the purchase on your behalf also visit the park with you.
*For QR code type tickets, if you are using a screenshot or printout, you will need to show your My Page screen or the purchase completion email. - Can I change my Exciting Special Passport I purchased online to 2 DAYs Passport or 1.5-DAY Passport for the difference in price?

Purchasing two Exciting Special Passports has a better deal than purchasing 2 DAYs Passport or 1.5-DAY Passport, so please purchase them separately.
- I bought a regular passport from another website (Klook, KKday, Trip.com, Rakuten Travel Sightseeing Experience) or a travel agency such as JTB. Can I repurchase it? Can I cancel it?

Yes, that is possible. For information on how to cancel it, please contact the online travel agency where you made your purchase. If you purchased your ticket from a travel agency, you will be refunded on-site. However, tickets combined with transportation services (e.g. JR Kyushu "Enjoy! Huis Ten Bosch Ticket", Nishi-Nippon Railroad "Huis Ten Bosch Ticket", etc.) cannot be refunded.
- If I want to purchase Annual Pass at a difference, what passport price is applied?

If you purchased Special Exciting Passport, you can purchase it for the difference in price from the Special Exciting Passport.
- What do I need to bring to verify my address?

You will need to bring official identification such as a driver's license, My Number card, health insurance card, or passport.
- Do I need the varification ID for all my family members?

We will ask you to show identification that shows your area of residence. Please bring identification for all attendees.
- Can I use copies or smartphone images of the ID?

No. Only the physical IDs are valid.

Yes. Exciting Special Passport is applicable to the benefit of 1 Day Passport for the next day service for the guest of three official hotels (Hotel Europe, Hotel Amsterdam, and Forest Villa). You will recieve it at the hotel front desk.
- I will be visiting with a friend who is an Annual Pass holder. Will the Waku-Waku Early Bird Passport applicable to for the 1,000 yen Benefit when accompanied by an Annual Pass member?
