A cosplay event will be held to commemorate the "Dragon Quest Exhibition in Huis Ten Bosch ".
Please join us in a "Dragon Quest" themed cosplay.
We are also holding a stage project where we will give away wonderful prizes to those who express the world view of Dragon Quest!
Cosplayers are welcome.
Enjoy the world of Dragon Quest even more using Huis Ten Bosch location!

12:00-14:30...Entry photo shoot/in front of Alexander Plein Flower Clock
*In case of rain, the event will be held at World Bazaar.
15:00-15:20...Stage event (announcement/awards)/World Bazaar
*If you wish to participate in the stage event, you will need to take an "entry photo shoot" in advance.

[Up to the day before] Please register in advance via the website.
*If you register in advance, you will receive a Benefit gift of admission to the Dragon Quest Exhibition at Palace Huis Ten Bosch.
[On the day] If you have pre-registered, please come to Welcome Gate by 1:30pm. You will be given your pre-registration Benefit.
★The Utrecht conference rooms will be available as changing rooms on the day. (Conference Room 6 for men and Conference Room 7 for women)
Available time... 9:00-21:00
* You can also participate on the day. (There will be no advance entry Benefit for those who participate on the day.)

Among the participants who take their entry photos on the day, we will be awarding the participants who best express the worldview of Dragon Quest, and presenting them with wonderful prizes. The prizes will be announced on the day! Please look forward to it.
1) Individual Awards: applicable to to all participants
2) Party Prize: applicable to those who participate in a party of 2 or more people
3) Kids Award: applicable to participants of elementary school age or younger

Notes
We ask for your cooperation so that we can all create the world of Dragon Quest and make it enjoyable for other guests. [Props and costumes] ・Props must be small enough to be handled by one person. Also, small children will be present at the venue on the day. Please handle them with care and refrain from bringing in props that may cause harm to others or damage or soil the facility.
*Your luggage may be temporarily kept at the reception desk.
*If any stains or damage are found, you may be required to pay compensation.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring in dangerous items, items that make noise, or firearms or swords that do not appear to be props (model guns, imitation swords, etc.).
・Costumes that may damage the facility's image or disrupt business operations are strictly prohibited. Costumes that expose the chest, buttocks, or groin area are prohibited. Please be sure to wear an undershirt and avoid excessive exposure. Cross-dressing and costumes of real public organizations (police, Self-Defense Forces, doctors, military uniforms, etc.) are also prohibited.
- The use of anything that may soil the venue (such as color spray, hair dye, fake blood, etc.) or any action that may damage or destroy the venue is strictly prohibited.
(If any damage or soiling is found, you may be required to pay compensation.)
・If you are wearing a costume that covers your head (such as a costume or full-face mask), please have someone accompany you. Also, please inform staff at reception on the day of the event if you are wearing a costume that covers your face. Please make sure your face is visible when entering and leaving the changing room.

[About filming]- Photo shoots in areas reserved for contracted users (Yacht Harbor, Forest Villa) and off-limits areas (White Symphony, Stables). (You will not be allowed to approach the wedding venue if a wedding or other event is taking place.)
- Anyone found taking photographs for profit or commercial purposes or taking photos without the subject's consent (secret photography) will be asked to leave the premises.
・If you are bringing kid-friendly to cosplay, please be sure to keep an eye on them.

[Regarding the use of transportation within the venue・You can ride canal boats, buses, and taxis in your cosplay costume (additional charges apply).

[Eating, drinking and smoking・Food and drinks cannot be brought into the venue.
・Smoking is prohibited while walking within the facility. Please smoke only in areas where there are ashtrays.

[About restaurants・Please refrain from entering the hotel's restaurants, cafes, and bars while wearing cosplay.
*Restaurants not eligible for this offer: "De Admiraal," "Kissuitei Ebisu-za," Anchor's Lounge," "Trottiner," "A Coeur Ouvert," "A Coeur Ouvert Cafe," "Scheherazade," and "Oak Lounge."
・Restaurants other than those listed above are available.

【others】・All nuisance behavior is prohibited. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave.
Examples: running, making noise, shouting, getting involved, etc.

[To guests staying at Official Hotels] guests staying at Huis Huis Ten Bosch Official Hotels (Hotel Europe, Forest Villa, Hotel Amsterdam) should again take note of the following points:
・Please refrain from wearing costumes outside of your guest room at the hotel. Please wear a jacket when moving around.
・Please refrain from using items that may stain the guest rooms or hotel toilets (color spray, hair dye, etc.).
・When taking photos at night, please refrain from entering areas that may be dangerous, such as obstacles, canals, moats, and depressions.

<<Please be careful>> ・The venue is not reserved exclusively. Please enjoy the event within the bounds of common sense and good morals.
・There will be tourists from Japan and overseas on the premises. Please observe good manners and be considerate of other people and the facilities.
・There is also concern about nuisance behavior from ordinary tourists, such as voyeurism and slander. Staff will be patrolling the area to warn visitors, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to all cases. We ask that each participant be prepared and take appropriate self-protection measures.
・Please keep your valuables with you. The organizers and facility will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen luggage or other accidents. (Lockers (fees apply) are available on the first floor of the changing room building.)
・Please read the other restrictions and prohibitions carefully and agree to them before participating.
In the event of an unforeseen incident, please contact the nearest staff member immediately.
・This cosplay event is an in-house event of Huis Ten Bosch. It is not a cosplay event organized by an event company.
