A cosplay event will be held to commemorate the "Dragon Quest Exhibition in Huis Ten Bosch ".
Please join us in a "Dragon Quest" themed cosplay.
We are also holding a stage project where we will give away wonderful prizes to those who express the world view of Dragon Quest!
Cosplayers are welcome.
Enjoy the world of Dragon Quest even more using Huis Ten Bosch location!
Event time /location
12:00-14:30...Entry photo shoot/in front of Alexander Plein Flower Clock
*In case of rain, the event will be held at World Bazaar.
15:00-15:20...Stage event (announcement/awards)/World Bazaar
*If you wish to participate in the stage event, you will need to take an "entry photo shoot" in advance.

[Until the day before] Please make advance entry from the website.
*If you pre-register, you will receive an admission ticket to the Palace Huis Ten Bosch "Dragon Quest Exhibition" as Privilege.
[On the day] If you have pre-registered, please come to Welcome Gate by 1:30 pm. We will give you advance entry Privilege.
★On the day of the event, the Utrecht conference room will be used as a changing room. (6th conference room for men, 7th conference room for women)

* You can also participate on the day. There will be no advance entry Privilege for those who participate on the day.)

Among the participants who took entry photos on the day, we will recognize those who express the world view of Dragon Quest and give them wonderful prizes. Prizes will be announced on the day! Please stay tuned.
1) Individual award: Open to all participants
2) Party Award: Applicable to those who participate in a party of 2 or more people.
3) Kids Award: Participants who are elementary school students or younger are eligible.

Notes
We ask for your cooperation in creating the world of Dragon Quest together so that other guests can enjoy it as well. [About props and costumes] ・Props must be small enough to be handled by one person. Also, small children will be at the venue on the day of the event. Please handle with care and refrain from bringing in any props that may pose a danger to others or that may damage or stain the facility.
*We may temporarily keep your belongings at the reception.
*If defacement or damage is confirmed, you may be required to pay compensation.
・It is strictly prohibited to bring dangerous items, items that make noise, and firearms and swords that do not look like props (model guns, imitation swords, etc.).
・Disguises that may damage the image of the facility or interfere with business operations are strictly prohibited. Costumes that expose the chest/butt/groin area are prohibited. Please be sure to wear innerwear and refrain from excessive exposure. Cross-dressing and costumes of actual public authorities (police, Self-Defense Forces, doctors, military uniforms, etc.) are also prohibited.
・The use of anything that may stain the venue (color spray, hair color, blood glue, etc.) and any actions that may damage or destroy the venue are strictly prohibited.
(If stains or damage are confirmed, you may be required to pay compensation.)
・If you are wearing a costume that covers your head (kigurumi, full face mask, etc.), please bring an attendant with you. Also, if you are wearing a costume that covers your face, please notify the staff at the reception on the day of the event. Please make sure you can see your face when entering and leaving the changing room.

[About shooting] ・Photography in areas exclusive to users (Yacht Harbor, Forest Villa) and restricted areas (White Symphony, Stables). (If a wedding ceremony, etc. is being held at the wedding hall, you may not approach the venue.)
-You will be asked to leave the venue as soon as you discover filming for profit or commercial purposes, or filming without the consent of the subject (voyeurism).
・If you are participating in cosplay with children, please be careful not to leave your child unattended.

[Regarding the use of transportation within the venue] ・You can use canal boats, buses, and taxis while wearing your cosplay costume. (separate charge)

[About eating, drinking and smoking] ・No food or drinks may be brought into the venue.
・Smoking is prohibited while walking inside the facility. Please smoke only in areas with ashtrays.

[About restaurants] ・Please refrain from using the hotel's restaurants, cafes, and bars while wearing cosplay.
*Restaurants that cannot be used: "De Admiraal", "Kissuitei / Ebisu-za", "Anchor's Lounge", "Trottiner", "A Coeur Ouvert", "A Coeur Ouvert Café", "Scheherazade", "Oak Lounge"
・Restaurants other than those listed above are available.

【others】・General nuisance behavior is prohibited. If you do not follow the staff's instructions, you may be asked to leave.
Example) Running, making noise, shouting, getting involved, etc.

[For guests staying at Official Hotels] guests staying at Huis Ten Bosch Official Hotels (Hotel Europe, Forest Villa, Hotel Amsterdam), please be aware of the following points:
・Please refrain from wearing costumes outside of your guest room at the hotel. Please wear a jacket when moving.
・Please refrain from using anything that may cause stains (color spray, hair color) in guest rooms and hotel toilets.
・For night photography, please refrain from entering areas that may be considered dangerous, such as obstacles, canals, moats, and depressions.

≪Please note≫ ・The venue is not reserved for private use. Please consider common sense and enjoy the event within the bounds of public order and morals.
・There are tourists from Japan and abroad in the venue. Please observe good manners and act with due consideration so as not to disturb other people and the facility.
・There is also concern about nuisance acts such as secret photography and defamation from general tourists. Our staff will be patrolling and taking precautions, but we may not be able to respond to all requests, so we ask each participant to be prepared to a certain extent and protect themselves.
・Please take care of your valuables. The management/facility will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or other accidents of luggage. (Lockers (paid) are also available on the 1st floor of the changing room building.
・Please read the regulations and prohibitions carefully and agree to them before participating.
・In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the nearest staff immediately.
・This cosplay event is an in-house event of Huis Ten Bosch. This is not a cosplay event organized by an event company.
