Town Creators Project Performers Wanted

Huis Ten Bosch provides a safe and high-quality venue for performance activities for street performers and musicians of all genres (hereinafter referred to as "performers"). Huis Ten Bosch unique performer certification system contributes to the sound development of performers and at the same time promotes exchanges in the city.

Application Requirements
Qualification Various performers who want to play an active part in Huis Ten Bosch
(Professional amateur, program, nationality, address, gender, age) etc. are not required
course ■ General course
A performer who has passed the application screening and is active in free performances. All activities are at the performer's own expense.
Performance rules
(conditions)

・ Those who can agree to our performance conditions. No performance fee, transportation fee, food fee. Venue usage fee 30,000 yen / day. And 30% of hat money pays to Huis Ten Bosch
・ You are allowed to receive hat money, but do not force it.
・ Performance locations and performance time may be limited.
・ Please prepare your own equipment.
・ You can also work Huis Ten Bosch outside the time
・ Registrants (groups) may be requested to participate in various events hosted by Huis Ten Bosch
・ Registrants (groups) can also be introduced to parties of each group held in Huis Ten Bosch
Flow until appearance (1) After agreeing to the performance rules, please fill in the required items from the application form below and apply.
(2) After applying for (1), please mail the reference documents such as photos, videos, sound sources such as DVDs and CDs to the secretariat below.
　 * Please note that the application will not be completed without mail.
* Submitted documents and tapes will not be returned.
(3) Primary examination (document selection)
After the first screening, Huis Ten Bosch will reply about pass / fail.
(4) Final examination (only for those who passed the first examination)
    ・ We will judge the actual performance at the designated time Huis Ten Bosch
    ・ We will contact you as soon as the audition result is available, and then we will adjust the schedule.
(4) Issuance of certificate
Huis Ten Bosch own certificate (= license) will be issued to performers who have passed the final examination.
・ The screening criteria shall be based on Huis Ten Bosch
(5) Performance
The performance will be coordinated with Huis Ten Bosch
・ Be sure to post the license in a visible place at the time of performance.

Application deadline ■ General course reception at any time
Judgment Based on the application documents, Huis Ten Bosch will perform the first screening (document selection) and inform the performers of the results.
Documents, tapes and other materials submitted for the first screening will not be returned.
Certification HTB's own certificate (= license) will be issued to performers who have passed the final examination.
* The screening criteria are Huis Ten Bosch, and performers' objections will not be accepted.
