Opening hours

10:00-19:00 (Last entry 30 minutes in advance)

Admission fee

600 yen, 300 yen for those with Tokutoku Ticket Familier Annual Pass Card.

Exhibition regulations

Solicited works

• For flat works: within 70cm x 60cm (framed required)
• For three-dimensional works: within 50cm x 50cm, weight: within 30kg
  (No matter the genre, Japanese painting, Western painting, photography, etc.)

examination

• In the case of a large number of submitted works or works that do not comply with the exhibition regulations, we will make a selection after checking the contents listed in the application guidelines. A representative will then contact you.

Listing fee

• 1 item 5,000 yen, 2 items 8,000 yen (up to 2 items per person)
  *The exhibition fee includes venue costs and exhibition work fees.
  Please note that the above price does not include the shipping fee for the work (round trip between your home and HTB).

• Sunday, April 10, 2011 *Strictly observed

How to apply

• In the case of mail
  Please fill out the application form below and mail it along with a photo of your work to the office below.
• For email
  Please attach the photo data of the work, including the seller's name, address, and phone number, details of the work (title, year of production, size, painting method), and comments on the work, and send it to the email address below. *However, please keep attached images under 1MB. Heavy images may not be delivered. In that case, please write "Everyone's Rose Exhibition Application" in the subject line of the email.

Bringing in works

• April 19th (Tuesday) and 20th (Wednesday), 2011
  Bring it to Palace Huis Ten Bosch or send it by courier
  *Details on the delivery method will be provided after you apply.

Notes

• Exhibited works must be framed, display hardware, and strings attached.
• Please note that we may refuse to exhibit works that may cause harm to viewers, works that are judged to be significantly contrary to the theme, or works that violate public order and morals.
• The location where the work will be exhibited will be determined by our museum staff. note that.
• A separate admission fee is required for persons other than the artist to enter the museum.
