- As this is our first time holding this event, we hope to make maximum contributions to sales for our exhibitors, as well as promote sales and attract visitors to Huis Ten Bosch.
Therefore, this time, 1,000 yen of the advance ticket admission fee will be refunded to guests in the form of a coupon that can only be used at this pottery fair.

- Basic booth
- The size of the booth is planned to be 3.0m in frontage, 3.0m in depth, and 2m in height.
- Booth decoration
- Exhibitors are responsible for decorating the booth. Please finish the work within the date and time specified in advance.
The secretariat can also introduce you to a decoration company. Please contact us if necessary.
- Booth allocation / venue composition
- The booth, layout, and venue composition will be composed by the organizer in consideration of the order of application, number of booths, shape of booths, industry, etc.

- Install one fluorescent light in each tent (40W)
- Company name plate
- It is possible to use the logo of each company. In that case, please prepare the outlined illustrator data. If there is no logo data, the secretariat will unify the typeface of the company name plate.
- Carrying in and out
- The delivery is scheduled for November 1st (Tuesday), and the delivery is scheduled for the last day of business after closing. We time and route at a later date, but due to the characteristics of the venue, vehicles can enter the venue from 22:00 to 8:00 the next day.
- Electrical

- Accounting
- The organizer does not prepare a centralized cash register, so please prepare a simple cash register and change that can issue receipts at each store. An additional charge is required when renting a simple cash register.
- Sales report
- Please submit a report on the number of sales and purchasers with a receipt showing the sales on the day. We will charge the exhibition fee for the sales commission according to the sales amount at a later date. Please see the exhibitor manual (presented at a later date) for details.
- garbage disposal
- As a general rule, each person who opens the store is responsible for taking out the garbage in each booth. If it is difficult to take it home Huis Ten Bosch (20 pieces for burning garbage ¥ 5,400 / 70 liters, ¥ 13,500 / 50 pieces for kitchen waste, both of which can be sold separately). The garbage bag fee includes the disposal fee.
- When it rains
- This project will be held even in the rain. Similarly, please sell the product sales booth even in the rain.
However, if the operation is expected to be dangerous due to stormy weather, please follow the judgment of the organizer.
- Parking Lot
- We will prepare a parking lot that can be used free of charge during the day and at night. However, please note that you will need to walk from the parking lot to the venue.
- Night stock
- At night, each exhibitor must close the curtains on all four sides of their tent. You may store Merchandise inside the tent, but the organizers will not be held responsible for inclement weather or theft. Please be sure to take any valuables home with you.
- Takkyubin
- We are planning to set up a booth for a courier company in the venue. Details will be described in the exhibitor manual (presented at a later date).
- Exhibitor manual
- At the exhibitor briefing session, we will give you a detailed exhibitor manual and various application / application forms for participating in the exhibition. (Those who cannot attend the exhibitor information session will be mailed at a later date.)
- Introducing the vendor
- The secretariat will introduce related companies regarding booth decoration, electrical and water works, equipment, staff and companions.
- Sale of food and drink
- In principle, the sale of food and drink that is prepared within the venue is prohibited (however, it is acceptable to open the packaging and provide it to guests for tasting). In addition, each exhibitor is requested to submit any necessary notifications to the public health center.
Please note that prior approval from the organizer is required for any sales, so please let us know Merchandise you plan to sell.
- Flyer distribution

- You may ask visitors to conduct a questionnaire survey and distribute leaflets for PR, but please be careful not to disturb other exhibitors.
- How to apply
- A formal application will be made upon payment of the exhibition fee. After confirmation by the organizer about the contents of the application form, the contract and invoice will be sent, so the exhibitor shall return the contract by the designated date and transfer the exhibition fee to the account designated by the organizer. The transfer fee shall be borne by the exhibitor.
- Cancellation after application for exhibition
- As a general rule, cancellation or change of booths after application for exhibition is not permitted.
However, if the organizer recognizes it as force majeure and approves the cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
If the amount already paid by the exhibitor exceeds the amount equivalent to the following, the excess amount will be refunded by the organizer.
If the exhibitor has not yet paid the above equivalent amount, he / she shall pay it immediately.
(1) Until September 30, 2011: Half price of exhibition fee
(2) From October 1, 2011 to the end of the session: Full exhibition fee
(Based on the date when the organizer receives the written cancellation notice from the exhibitor)
- Determining booth position
- Mid-October 2011
The booth location will be decided by the organizer in consideration of the application order, number of booths, exhibition contents, etc. In addition, the organizer may change the booth allocation drawing and relocate the booths for the safety of visitors or due to the venue composition. At that time, the exhibitor shall not be able to claim compensation for the change in booth position.
- Prohibition of subleasing booths
- Exhibitors may not sublease, buy, sell, exchange or transfer their booths without the approval of the organizer.
- Handling of joint exhibition
- If two or more applicants jointly exhibit, one company shall apply as a representative and notify the organizer of the company name, etc. of the joint exhibition at the time of application.
- Exhibits, items for sale, etc.
Carry-in and removal
- (1) Please carry in and install the exhibits and sales items at the venue time Please complete the installation of exhibits in the booth by the date specified by the organizer.
(2) Exhibitors must obtain the approval of the organizer before carrying out, moving, or carrying in exhibits or items for sale during the exhibition period.
(3) Please remove the exhibits and decorations in the booth within the time Items that are not removed by the due date shall be removed by the organizer at the exhibitor's expense.
- Exhibit item booth specifications
- (1) Exhibitors may only exhibit and sell Merchandise that are in line with the purpose of the event and that are specified in "Exhibitor Application Form Registration Information ③". If the organizers determine that Merchandise does not meet the purpose of the event, the product may be withdrawn or the exhibit may be cancelled. When selling Merchandise, please comply with all manufacturing, sales and other necessary laws and regulations.
(2) All setup, sales, demonstrations and other promotional activities must be limited to the exhibition booth. Each exhibitor must take care not to cause congestion in the aisles near their booth due to sales, demonstrations or promotional activities. If a complaint is received from an adjacent booth, and it is deemed necessary from an operational standpoint to change the booth, the exhibitor in question must agree to the change.
- Compensation for damages
- The Exhibitor shall be liable for all damage to venue facilities, exhibition structures, or bodily injury caused by the Exhibitor or its agents' negligence or otherwise.
Furthermore, exhibitors will bear all responsibility for Merchandise they sell.
- Operational changes
- The contents of this guideline and small turns may be changed due to operational needs.
In that case, we will contact the exhibitor directly.
- Exhibition cancellation
- The organizer will change the session or cancel the exhibition at its own discretion if the land or building where the exhibition is held becomes inappropriate for admission or if the holding is hindered by a legitimate unavoidable cause. You may. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages, increased costs or other disadvantages caused by this.
- Compliance with regulations
- Exhibitors agree to comply with the set of exhibition guidelines set by the organizer. In addition, exhibitors shall cooperate in the implementation of all regulations set by the organizer.
