- (1) Recruitment department and recruitment details
- 1. Container garden category (1m deep x 1m wide, using container pots)
- 2. Hanging basket category (width 80cm x height 90cm or less, wall-mounted semicircular type, weight 20kg or less)
- (2) Number of listings
Participants can submit up to one work per category.
- (3) Theme of the work
"Garden that colors Huis Ten Bosch 's Rose Festival"
- (4) Listing conditions: Please comply with the following for smooth operation.
- 1. Works must be unpublished.
- 2. It doesn't matter whether you are a professional or an amateur.
- 3. Equipment can be commercially available or original.
- 4. Exhibitors are responsible for manufacturing, transporting, installing, and transporting the equipment themselves.
- 5. As a general rule, irrigation during the exhibition period will be carried out by the organizer. All other maintenance must be carried out by the exhibitor.
- 6. All plants should be rooted.
*Cut flowers, dried flowers, and artificial flowers cannot be used. Ornaments may be used.
- 7. Works will be removed on the final day, May 27th (Sunday) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on May 28th (Monday). (schedule)
- How to Applicate
- Please fill out the participation application form with your application department, address, name, phone number, and other necessary information, and then apply by mail, fax, or email to the Huis Ten Bosch Rose Special Week 2012 Secretariat.
- Participation application deadline
- Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until Friday, March 30, 2012. Even if it is before the deadline, it will be closed as soon as the planned number is reached.
Please apply early.
*Detailed "Participation Guide" and various application forms will be handed out in mid-April.
- Cancellation of application
- As a general rule, applications cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your application due to unavoidable circumstances, please submit it in writing to the secretariat with your representative's name and seal.
- Contest
- A contest will be held by judges (to be determined).
- Judging date and time: Friday, May 11, 2012 from 13:00 (scheduled)
- Award ceremony: Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 10:00 (scheduled)
- Awards: Best Work Award, Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award (tentative)
- Exhibition cancellation
- The organizer will change the session or cancel the exhibition at its own discretion if the land or building where the exhibition is held becomes inappropriate for admission or if the holding is hindered by a legitimate unavoidable cause. You may. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages, increased costs or other disadvantages caused by this.
