Room information

All rooms at Hotel Europe and Hotel Amsterdam are non-smoking.

Night panel

BGM, air conditioning air volume control, and interior light ON / OFF dimming can be done at hand.

BGM	There are classical, FM, NHK, and local. Please press the button of your choice.
Room lighting	You can operate the room light.
Room temperature, air conditioning air volume adjustment	First, adjust the dial of the temperature controller mounted on the wall to the desired temperature. Next, adjust the air volume in the night panel.

Room cleaning (ext. 25)

For guests staying multiple nights, we will provide room cleaning during your stay.
guests do not wish for cleaning to take place, please hang the "Privacy Card" tag on the door knob on the hallway side.

Room window

Hotel Europe / Hotel Amsterdam
To ensure the safety of guests, the windows can only be opened and closed up to 10cm. To open the window, hold the levers on both sides of the window horizontally inward, pull the right lever towards you, and push the left lever away from you, and the window will rotate and open.

In our disaster prevention facility, BA Room (Building Automation Room), BA observers are time day, and we have a computer-based system for monitoring the entire building.

Hotel Self-Defense Fire Brigade
We have organized a self-defense fire brigade on duty 24 time day to ensure that we can escort guests safely and quickly in the event of an emergency.

Other disaster prevention functions
We have facilities that exceed the standards of the Building Standards Act and the Fire Service Act, such as sprinklers, emergency broadcasting equipment throughout the building, and various detectors, and the fire protection area is completely independent, so there is no danger of fire spreading.
