From January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), we have changed the hotel accommodation reservation system for the purpose of further improving the convenience of our guests.
About reopening the accommodation plan reservation site with airline tickets
Due to the change in the reservation system, the accommodation plan with air tickets, which had been suspended, has been resumed from January 13th (Thursday).

Accommodations booked on the official Huis Ten Bosch accommodation reservation site by 6:59 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday) do not require any procedures and can be accommodated according to the reservation details.
About reservation confirmation / cancellation
- To confirm or cancel guests reservation online by 6:59 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), please use the "Reservation Confirmation / Change / Cancellation" of each hotel below.
- Reservations cannot be changed after 9:00 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), so if you change your reservation, please cancel once and make a new reservation from the new system.
- After 9:00 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), the contents of reservations made using the current reservation system cannot be confirmed on the new reservation system screen.

The registered information of guests who are currently registered will not be transferred to the new reservation system.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you make a reservation for accommodation after January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), please re-register as a member using the new reservation system.

* We are responsible for deleting customer registration information using the current reservation system.
