We have made changes to our hotel reservation system as of Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in order to further improve convenience for guests.
About reopening the accommodation plan reservation site with airline tickets
Due to the change in the reservation system, the accommodation plan with air tickets, which had been suspended, has been resumed from January 13th (Thursday).

Accommodations booked on the official Huis Ten Bosch accommodation reservation site by 6:59 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday) do not require any procedures and can be accommodated according to the reservation details.
About reservation confirmation / cancellation
- For guests who made online reservations by 6:59 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, please use the "Confirm, Change, or Cancel Reservation" functions of each hotel listed below to confirm or cancel your reservation.
- Reservations cannot be changed after 9:00 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), so if you change your reservation, please cancel once and make a new reservation from the new system.
- After 9:00 on January 11, 2022 (Tuesday), the contents of reservations made using the current reservation system cannot be confirmed on the new reservation system screen.
