About ticket refund support for Go To event admission ticket purchase
Huis Ten Bosch will be selling tickets that applicable to the "Go To Events Campaign," in which the government covers 20% of the sales price of event and entertainment tickets through discounts and coupons (applicable to admission period: Thursday, December 17, 2020 to Sunday, January 31, 2020 *Temporarily suspended from Monday, December 28, 2020).
Please note that we will provide refunds for various admission tickets applicable to who have already purchased tickets for applicable to admission period and who meet all of the following conditions.
●Those applicable to for a refund
1. The date of admission is within the period from December 17th (Thursday) to December 27th (Sunday), 2020.
2. You have purchased an admission ticket on the official website or at a convenience store
3. You are not using an admission ticket for which you would like a refund
4. Those who have newly purchased a Go To event admission ticket with the same date as the admission ticket that has already been purchased
* The GoTo event campaign discount will not be applied from Hayatoku (early-bird discount fares) passport price purchased in advance.

・ 1 DAY Passport (including early bird discount)
・After 3 Passport
・After 5 Passport
・ Countdown Admission Ticket (all)
* Any admission tickets other than those listed above are not applicable to.
* Tickets purchased through travel agencies are not applicable to.
● Refund method
The procedure differs depending on the purchase method.
* No refunds will be given at the Huis Ten Bosch entrance window (local) when you come to the venue.
Those who purchased the admission ticket on the official website
The ticket company (Ticket Star) you purchased will send you an email regarding the refund procedure. An application form for refund procedures is attached in the email, so please fill in the required items and reply. (The timing of refund depends on the credit card company, but it may take 1 to 2 months from the start of the procedure)
Those who purchased an admission ticket at a convenience store (Lawson Ticket, Seven Ticket, E Plus, Ticket Pia, JTB Ticket)
Please print out the "Refund Application Form" and send it in a ready-made envelope with your admission ticket to the address below. Please be sure to use "simple registered mail" when sending.
