About ticket refund support for Go To event admission ticket purchase

Huis Ten Bosch, admission tickets for the "Go To Event Campaign", in which the government bears 20% of the sales amount by giving discounts and coupons for event and entertainment tickets (target admission period: Thursday, December 17, 2020- January 31st (Sun) * Suspended after December 28th (Mon), 2020) will be on sale.
As shown below, we will refund various admission tickets for those who have already purchased various admission tickets for the applicable admission period and meet all of the following conditions, so please check.

● Those who are eligible for refund

1. The date of admission is within the period from December 17th (Thursday) to December 27th (Sunday), 2020.
2. You have purchased an admission ticket on the official website or at a convenience store
3. You are not using an admission ticket for which you would like a refund
4. Those who have newly purchased a Go To event admission ticket with the same date as the admission ticket that has already been purchased
* The GoTo event campaign discount will not be applied from Hayatoku (early-bird discount fares) passport price purchased in advance.

● Refundable tickets

・ 1 DAY Passport (* including early bird discount)
・ After 3 passport
・ After 5 passport
・ Countdown Park Ticket (all)
* Admission tickets other than the above are not eligible.
* Admission tickets purchased from travel agencies are not eligible.

● Refund method

The procedure differs depending on the purchase method.
* No refunds will be given at the Huis Ten Bosch entrance window (local) when you come to the venue.

Those who purchased the admission ticket on the official website

The ticket company (Ticket Star) you purchased will send you an email regarding the refund procedure. An application form for refund procedures is attached in the email, so please fill in the required items and reply. (The timing of refund depends on the credit card company, but it may take 1 to 2 months from the start of the procedure)

Those who purchased an admission ticket at a convenience store (Lawson Ticket, Seven Ticket, E Plus, Ticket Pia, JTB Ticket)

Please print out the "Refund Application Form" and send it in a ready-made envelope with your admission ticket to the address below. Please be sure to use "simple registered mail" when sending.
